Known issues?
We try to create
the best
software we can
but there are
always
issues. We want
you (our
customer) to
know what is
going on with
our product :-)
There are 2
categories of
issues...
bugs and
limitations.
You can be
certain every
bug that gets
reported is
handled quickly.
Thank goodness
we don't get
many. Of
course... there
are also some
limits in the
software... hey,
we all have
limits... right?
Known Bugs
There are no
known bugs at
this time
Known
Limitations
•
Microsoft Word
(.doc) file
format has 1
known limitation
in Snap; the
frame, line and
rectangle
drawing objects
will not convert
to .DOC format.
Floating text
boxes will
convert but we
recommend
complex
documents be
saved to RTF or
SSE format.
Snap's file
format (.SSE)
and Rich Text
(.RTF) format
do not have
these
limitations.
• Complex Word
(.doc) documents
may not convert
correctly in
Snap Edit. We
have tested Snap
on MS Word
versions 6 thru
XP with a very
good
conversation
percentage.
